5 Greatest Things Ruined by Tim Duncan and the Spurs

Five awesome things that would have happened if it weren’t for the Spurs being so good.

The Mike D’Antoni-coached Steve Nash and Amar’e Phoenix Suns were a threat in the West during the late 2000s due to their ability to constantly score in 7 seconds or less. The Spurs, however, eliminated them from the Playoffs from the playoffs in three of the four D’Antoni years. Had it not been for the Spurs, it’s possible that one of the greatest point guards of all time would not have retired ringless. Nash’s last hope of winning the title with Kobe and Dwight was a trainwreck from the beginning and it was once again a first-round sweep loss to the Spurs that put the final nail in his coffin.
