On January 4 2001, after a regular season game between the Mavericks and the Pistons, Mark Cuban had one of his many outbursts at the officiating. This time, however, was special because Cuban had a still shot of a missed call displayed on the jumbotron at the AAC after the game. This cost him a quarter million dollars.
