Drafting Dwight Howard #1 in 2004 was the beginning of Orlando Magic’s mission to build the ultimate front court. Next year, they drafted Spanish big man Fran Vasquez, who then decided to stay in Spain, to the dismay of Magic fans and staff. A crying shame considering future All-Star forwards David Lee and Danny Granger were available.
