The Bobcats were not the only team to screw up at the 2006 draft. Jordan’s other team, the Bulls, drafted Lamarcus Aldridge at #2, which was great for them. What wasn’t so great was trading him to Portland for their 4th pick Tyrus Thomas and Victor Kryapa.

They didn’t last long with the Bulls and were traded to the Bobcats for a future pick. Meanwhile, LaMarcus Aldridge went on to become one of the best two-way forwards in the league with the Blazers.
