The Cavs had hit a jackpot with LeBron James in 2003. The following year they had an opportunity to add a top 10 2004 draftee to their line-up. 2004 was a pretty lackluster draft, but even guys like J.R. Smith, Jameer Nelson, Al Jefferson, Josh Smith, and Tony Allen would turn out to have been much more successful than a guy whose NBA career lasted a total of 4 seasons.
