The Craziest Contracts in NBA History

In 2008, Gilbert Arenas signed a 6 year, $111 million extension with the Wizards – after a season where he only played 13 games. Surely enough, he sat out most of the following season and never even played more than 40 games a season for the rest of his career. It would be disappointing for this to happen to a healthy player, but when you miss almost a whole season $18.5 million a year is probably too much.
